Grab a bicycle in Hoi An, Vietnam and you'll be off on an amazing adventure of sights, sounds and tastes in this hip, urban yet so traditional city! Walk down any street in any season � they all feel like summer � and as you stroll and take in the architecture and hear the sounds of the mopeds zipping through the streets, you can smell the daily fare being offered in the numerous sidewalk cafes. The signboard located at the exterior doorway, lists mouthwatering delights cooked in traditional methods, using the freshest ingredients chosen daily from the market.

Tourism in Southeast Asia has been on the rise yet this town still has the feel of being undiscovered. The exterior of most buildings display faded paint yet the streets are clean and safe to walk alone at night.
