If you look closely, on the right hand side of this no-parking sign, you can see written "this sign painted in 5 languages for easy understanding. Sorry no brail" I guess the sign maker speaks a different language all together or has a great sense of humor! His 5 languages are: 1. No Parking Please. 2. Hey, No Parking Stupid 3.
